Pick a scope: one business unit, product line, or service model

For each dimension, discuss the questions and assess a score from 1-5, and map it on the spider chart below. Capture disagreements
Step 3
Look for the pattern: which dimensions are high? That pattern points to the most likely disruption mode(s): replacement, commoditization, unbundling, interface displacement, or AI-native competition

Decide on follow-up: what must be defended, redesigned/tested in the next 90 days
