BOI partnered with one of the world’s largest CPG companies to design and build a tool that does the previously impossible: predict consumer flavor preferences 10 years from now.

Nestlé’s products saturate shelves around the world and their trend data – which can only provide short-term forecasting insight – was no longer competitive. They needed a way to do what their competitors couldn’t: know what their consumers will be craving in 10 years.
