What is this for?
The Social-in-circular Lifecycle Diagram lets you identify if your circular practices address social impact.
It helps you go through the main stakeholders of your company and circular strategies (workers, users and communities) and the most relevant social consequences.
Use this tool to find what you are doing well, where you can improve, and have an overview of your social impact, as a circular business.
In the upper part of the diagram, include the positive (green), neutral (grey) or negative (red) environmental impact at each product cycle. Have a look at our Circular Economy Report for examples and more tips to “circularise” each of these steps.
In the lower part, include the positive (green), neutral (grey) or negative (red) social impact at each product cycle.
To help you with this, we have used this tool in some real life business situations. Take a look at the table included in this tool with the most common negative consequences, by type of stakeholder.
In a simple visual you are able to evaluate the environmental and social impact of your supply chain. Re-evaluate your strategy, and strive to color your diagram all green.
