Design a simple A3 poster with the title “#yourcompanyname Fuckup Championship” and encourage your team to populate it with their main failures that they encountered at work. At the end of the week, vote for the most glamorous and grandiose fuckup. Give a prize to the winner and pop those bubbles. This exercise will encourage the team to approach failure as a positive, learning experience, and to take more risks and responsibilities.
