In the Board Of Innovation Labs, we are bringing bright (experimental) ideas to the market. Ideas are sent to us by individuals, startups, and large organizations, or can be launched purely on our own initiative. For each Labs project we are closely collaborating with different partners. Depending on the nature of each innovative idea, we see how Board Of Innovation can support its development and commercialization. SmallFish

Big companies have the resources to consult large design agencies. Small companies on the other hand have difficulty to find affordable design services. SmallFish tries to solve this by bridging the gap between design students and these smaller companies. By doing this, companies can get a taste of what good design could mean to their business. Students on the other hand can benefit from the real business experience they gain during these assignments.

The Board Of Innovation supports this UK start-up by looking for ways to monetize their service. Next to that we are actively scouting for the right partners to assist their growth. The 24 Hours of Innovation [Event]

On Friday May 15, 2009 at exact 10am CET/4am EDT/1am PST we started a 24 Hour marathon of innovation projects around the world. During a full day and night 60+ participants presented their innovation initiatives, ranging from small innovation blogs to large multinationals.

Reviewing high quality presentations, facing technical challenges, judging a student challenge, live streaming brainstorms, receiving last minute contributions to be processed on the road… the 24h was a hectic, fun and interesting experience! We, from the Board Of Innovation are involved in many different innovation projects. Mouseover.be is one of them. On this blog, the Dutch speaking amongst us, will find updates on marketing, industrial design, new media and entrepreneurship.
