I would definitely choose the 50% reduction on the Business Model Innovation training. Inspiration workshops can be held on your own but a Business Model Innovation will contribute to a greater progress for the business perspective. I know inspiration workshop also contribute to the progress and I understand that a happy employee is a good employee but you can definitely work on that in some other way. Business Model Innovation is the way to go!

I definitely agree Adrian. Inspiration workshops are usually better handled in-house anyways which leads to better teamwork and thought processes among other things.
